This example of a Tiffany Studios, New York patinated bronze student lamp w/ damascene shade dates from the early 20th century. The base allows the shade to be moved up & down along the stem of the base. In addition, the arm holding the shade can pivot left & right. The shade is a favrile damascene with a stylized wave motif. It is a stunning silvery blue/green in color.
