Vintage American Indian Bronze, by Carl Kauba

Description

This vintage bronze sculpture dates from the early 20th century & is a detailed depiction of an aging Indian warrior. The figure is seated on ground, costumed in traditional garb concealed by a blanket. He holds a Sharman’s wand in his right hand. The sculpture has rich chocolate patination & is artist signed within the folds of the blanket. On close inspection, I believe there is restoration to one of the head feathers.
